Customization Times
Everything here is handmade to order, and most items take about 2 weeks to create before they ship. I do sometimes adjust my schedule when needed, so please let me know if you are in a rush.
Shipping
Everything ships Standard USPS which averages 3-5 business day delivery. There is an option to upgrade to Priority 2-3 day USPS Priority at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customized items are not returnable. Mistakes that are mine will be corrected and reshipped ASAP. Colors can vary on computer monitors. Most photos are of actual products printed in the colors listed and are photographed in natural light to show the true color as close as possible, but that doesn't mean I can guarantee it will be exactly what you see on your personal computer or electronic device as monitor settings do vary.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try to be perfect, but I am human and do occasionally make a mistake. If you've received something with an error, let me know and it will be corrected and reshipped ASAP.
